Since the fair recognition that at the evaluation, we do geological studies for mining companies. This includes geochemistry, mapping, rock sampling, tranche, drilling, geological modeling, resource and reserve estimation.

Geochemistry

Geochemical sampling includes termite geochemistry, soil geochemistry, alluvial geochemistry (Stream Sediment). The arrangement of the points to be taken is at our expense. It is done according to the feasibility of the work and the characteristics of the ore.

Mapping

The client's permit is well swept to discover and collect all useful information for the identification of a cottage. Din order to draw up a development plan, this study will provide decision maps.

Rock sampling

A representative sample of each geological object is taken to recognize their genetic or spatial link or discover their potential.

Trench

Trenches are carried out in places targeted by preliminary studies in order to justify the potentiality of surface sources and/or the spatial variation of the ore.

Our team identifies strategic locations that may contain mineralization. The characteristics of the trench are defined according to the geology of the area.

Drilling

Drilling consists of digging into the earth to recover geological objects. Among all the exploration methods it the most on but also the most expensive.

To optimize your survey budgets, our team determines:

Geological modeling

With an optimized database, we emerge a most likely model of the deposit. This model is the result of the confrontation of at least three specialized software programs.

Depending on the geological activities of the permit and the rocks found in the drillholes, the choice is made among these methods. Then the genetic model of the deposit is realized. It is accompanied by the relevant recommendations to perfect the model.

Ressources estimation

Depending on the type of ore and its law of variation, we make an adequate estimate. This level respects the JORC code or similar according to the request of our customers or partners.

Our estimation methods include:

  • Inverse of distance
  • Nearest neighbor
  • And kriging

The estimate of reserves comes after the estimate of resources. The reserves are obtained as a result of an optimization of the pits.
